RSMS Deploys Talent Pool Technology and Talent Marketing Services to Support RAPF and RTCIPS

Red Snapper Managed Services (RSMS) has been engaged by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to support the Royal Anguilla Police Force (RAPF) and the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force (RTCIPS) in developing sustainable internal workforce capability.

Across the next 12 months, officers and staff will receive skills-based coaching and formal training, supported by a dedicated learning platform.

RSMS will also be providing talent pool technology talent marketing services to support the organisational internal recruitment capabilities.

The service feature is designed to help both police services strengthen their ability to attract, assess, engage and appoint suitable candidates, while reducing long-term reliance on external recruitment support.

A central part of the service will be the deployment of digital talent pool technology. The talent pools will give recruitment teams access to a dynamic database of law enforcement professionals matched to their resourcing needs, including local, regional and international candidates. Candidate profiles can be structured around priority roles, skills, location and confirmed vetting or security clearance status.

The technology will also provide each force with a live candidate management interface. Hiring managers will be able to search and filter candidates, make direct contact using SMS and email communication tools, and progress interested applicants through their own interview and appointment processes. This approach is intended to support the in-housing of recruitment activity and enable the forces to manage candidate engagement directly.

To help build the talent pools, RSMS will use the Red Snapper Group’s established law enforcement media and subscriber platforms, including Police Oracle, Blue Line Jobs and Police Revision. These platforms collectively reach a substantial audience of policing and law enforcement professionals, with Police Oracle alone attracting more than one million visits annually and holding approximately 83,000 current subscriptions, largely made up of serving professionals.

The service will be provided to the police forces for a two-year period, creating an opportunity for both organisations to become increasingly self-managing when appointing international specialists and to achieve cost efficiencies when running local recruitment programmes.

Commenting on the offer, the Managing Director of RSMS, Jonathan Hussey said:

“Our mission is to provide a service that builds sustainable capability for these organisations. Providing talent pool technology that the organisations can take in-house supports them on their journey to manage the engagement and deployment of specialist staff internally. We also hope the technology will help deliver efficiencies for local recruitment and support wider workforce outcomes.”

The programme reflects RSMS’s wider commitment to supporting law enforcement and public sector organisations with practical, sustainable workforce solutions. By combining technology, talent

marketing, candidate assessment and skills transfer, RSMS will help RAPF and RTCIPS develop stronger internal recruitment capability while improving access to specialist policing talent.
