RSMS has launched its Intelligence-as-a-Service (IaaS) offer, providing organisations with a fully managed, scalable intelligence capability.

Over the past 12 months, we have worked with a select group of customers to deliver timely, actionable intelligence that supports prevention, disruption, and investigative decision-making. Our service uses accredited OSINT applications and robust analytical methodologies, integrating seamlessly with existing intelligence structures.

The service operates under clear governance frameworks, supported by strong information security controls and quality assurance standards, ensuring intelligence outputs are reliable, ethical, and decision-ready.

– High-volume housing tenancy audits
Delivery of large-scale audits for housing associations, identifying inconsistencies in tenant identities. Our data-led approach to identifying problem tenancies has generated significant cost savings while mitigating financial, safeguarding, and reputational risks.

– Monitoring of high-risk domestic abuse perpetrators
Development of a voluntary monitoring scheme in which high-risk domestic abuse perpetrators engaged in RSMS diversionary programmes agree to social media monitoring. This supports behavioural change, risk management, and rehabilitation, while maintaining clear ethical and governance controls.
